DIY neckpiece #2: Tablecloth to Safari beauty

summer school has been, well, school. I haven't been getting much sleep due to a busy schedule, and i walk around like a dead panda. Gna get some early rest tonight, but thought i should share a lil' something new before hitting Lala-land.

1. I found an old table cloth from my mum's stash and cut out one corner. It has been a month now and my mum still hasn't recognized it. Guess the end product must have been a successful transfomation.haha

2. Attach strings to both ends of the cut out. With glue gun or you simply sew it on.

3. Secure a line of feathers with ribbon. Then, attach the finished product to the cutout (from above).

and ta-da!! just 3 simple steps!

Feel free to attach beads of different colours to both sides to give a polished look.

well, you really don't have to spend much for a statement neckpiece.

Hope you'll love it!

I have a habit of naming things, including this one, but I haven't thought of one yet. Suggestions?

Love,

cher
